WLC was hired to provide civil services for the construction of the new Wyoming Rents Building. WLC’s services included design of a new sanitary sewer line, site grading, and concrete and PMP surfacing. The new building, slated to maintain a single finished floor elevation, sat on a 20-acre site that required significant dirt work to accommodate the extremely large building. Approximately 30,000 CY of dirt was removed from the site. Sanitary sewer was brought to the site from across US Hwy 20-26 via a 400’ encased bore across the WYDOT ROW and a private property owner. Due to the owner’s requirements for on-site storage, all of the generated dirt from the site grading had to be removed from the site. A public owned sewer now exists on the south side of Hwy 20-26 for additional users to connect to.
