WLC was hired by Natrona County School District #1 to design the new PIC Roosevelt High School parking lot addition. After identifying the need for additional parking at PICRHS, WLC provided civil engineering design and construction contract administration for the addition of the new parking lot. WLC assisted the NCSD in determining the location of the new parking lot. The new lot location was selected to be on an area of existing landscape on the south side of the school. This location provided the best access, grades, and space to accommodate the addition of 75 parking spots.
WLC’s design included a demolition plan, grading, surfacing details, site plan submittals to the City of Casper, landscaping design, storm water runoff evaluation, and parking lot lighting design. WLC utilized a sub-consultant, Engineering Design Associates, to provide the lighting design. Additional services provided by WLC included project bidding, construction staking and observation, materials testing, and record drawing preparation. This project was completed on time and within budget.
