WLC was hired by the Wyoming State Construction Department to provide parking lot improvements for the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy (WLEA) in Douglas, Wyoming. WLC’s primary services for this project included civil engineering design and construction contract administration. Along with design for improvements to the parking lot, WLC provided design of curb and gutter replacements, pavement patching, crack sealing, striping, and materials testing services. As part of construction contract administration, WLC prepared construction documents and project bidding for the client. This project was completed on time and within budget.
