In 2009 WLC Engineering and Surveying was hired by River’s Edge for utility design and permitting assistance for the first phase of the RV Park in the Cole Creek Industrial Park. Phase 1 consisted of approximately 52 spots. As a component of the Phase I project, WLC identified and broke up additional phases that could be completed easily so the RV Park could continue to operate with minimal interruptions.
