WLC was hired by Bighorn Associates to assist in the site design for a new restaurant in Evansville, Wyoming. The site was the former location for a previous restaurant. WLC provided professional services including civil engineering design and land surveying after the owner remodeled the exisiting building to suit a Chilis restaurant. Additionally, WLC provided a preliminary survey of the site, designed the restaurant’s parking space layout and lot expansion, and performed site grading and drainage design.
Along with the site design, WLC prepared and submitted the proposed site plan to the Town of Evansville. WLC also prepared plans for a new fire service line and the permitting documents for submittal to the Town of Evansville and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. This project was completed on time and within budget.
