WLC Engineering & Surveying was hired by Pope Construction for Casper’s new drive-thru coffee hut, Scooter’s Coffee. WLC’s primary service was to provide construction staking at the new building site which included site grades, a parking lot, and building corners. During staking, WLC determined that the site design grade originally provided did not match the existing grades at staking tie in points. As a result, WLC worked closely with Pope Construction to come up with a solution to re-grade the site and ensure correct tie in points were in place and working with the final design. This project was completed on time and within budget.
