WLC was hired by River Valley Builders to perform ongoing land surveying and house staking services in Casper, Wyoming. Since 2011, WLC has been staking foundation plans for River Velley Builder’s new homes throughout Casper. By taking planned improvements from the client and establishing property lines, our team accurately stakes where the building will reside. This helps River Valley Builders take their plans and blueprints to construction. House staking also helps our client determine where lot grading issues might occur on the project site. Our team maintains a good working relationship with this client and typically stakes a home within three days of receiving the notice to proceed with services on that property. These projects are completed on time and within budget.
