WLC was hired by the City of Casper in March of 2022 to perform construction contract administration services and minor street repairs for the Derington Addition Watermain Replacements project. The Derington Addition was originally constructed in the 1950’s and much of the infrastructure in the area has reached its useful life expectancy. This project, designed by the City of Casper, primarily consisted of replacements of waterlines, but also included sanitary sewer manhole replacements, and minor street reconstruction. WLC’s services also included project management, construction observation, and materials testing. This project was completed on time and within budget.
