WLC was hired by Cowboy Aviation to provide civil engineering services and construction contract administration for hangar civil design. Located at the Casper/Natrona County International Airport, WLC provided civil design engineering for a portion of the hangar including extension of water and storm water to existing systems and coordination and connection to the sanitary sewer system of 33 Mile Water and Sewer District. This sewer system was simultaneously built with the hangar design. Additional services by WLC include the extension and pavement of Bill Sullivan Drive as well as on-site surfacing improvements for the parking lot and airfield side of the hangar. WLC was sure to give special consideration to the fire suppression system for the hangar that required detailed coordination with the fire suppression designer. The project was completed on time and within budget.
