CNCIA hired WLC to complete the road reconstruction of Hunt and Morgan Streets. WLC provided the civil engineering design, surveying, and managed the bidding and construction phases. The primary goals of the project were to expand the existing utilities to allow for future growth, address drainage issues, and reconstruct and widen the roadway. The topography of the storm sewer was very flat causing poor drainage throughout Hunt and Morgan Streets. By adding catch basins and storm water piping, WLC was able mitigate drainage problems while preparing for future growth. WLC’s design also enabled the streets to be widened and resurfaced. Additionally, WLC provided construction administration services, materials testing, construction surveying, and observation.
