subdivision design

WLC was hired by the Town of Rolling Hills for the Antelope Ridge addition and subdivision design. The project consisted of the design and construction of a new 8-acre subdivision within the Town that includes seven 5-acre lots and a 15-acre parking area. The project included the installation of a new waterline that provides service to the new addition as well as adds better flow to the old system. The subdivision design also included additional fire hydrants to provide better fire protection and service to the Town’s residents.

The project lasted through the duration of winter proving tough conditions for installing waterline. WLC worked closely with the contractor to ensure construction was delayed as little as possible due to harsh winter weather. The Antelope Ridge Subdivision design provides essential and expanded housing for the Rolling Hills community. This project was completed on time and within budget.
