New Owner Spotlight: Brad Holwegner, P.E.

Brad Holwegner is one of WLC’s three new owners to join the now 7-person ownership group. Brad is excited to lend his expertise and help lead WLC and it’s team of professional surveyors and civil engineers. Serving as a Project Manager and Design Engineer, Brad has been on the WLC team for 16 years.

Brad has been Project Manager on countless WLC design projects; however, his expertise also includes land development, water distribution system design, sanitary sewer collection system design, and drainage system design. As a Design Engineer, Brad is an expert in AutoCAD, Water CAD, and Civil 3D. Brad graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming with an emphasis on Water Resources and Transportation.

During the past 16 years, Brad has served on hundreds of projects. Some of his favorites include subdivision projects WLC has recently completed like Elkhorn Village in Casper, the Reshaw Addition in Evansville, and River Heights in Mills. Brad also enjoyed working on the new Platte River Trails pathways along Casper Mountain Road and Morad Park to Mountain Plaza Shopping Center.

As a new owner, Brad sees this position as a new and exciting challenge. He looks forward to contributing to WLC’s promising future and applying what he has learned in his 17 years in the civil engineering industry.

For the future of WLC as a company, Brad would like to see WLC continue to grow and add services to the industry. Knowing that WLC has been around for 75 years means there is still plenty of knowledge and opportunity to grow and Brad looks forward to helping advance WLC to continue to be successful for the next 75 years.

Brad hopes to make an impact at WLC as an owner. He wants to apply the knowledge he’s gained through his many years as a Professional Civil Engineer to help provide an increased level of service to WLC’s clients. Brad knows the better and more efficient product WLC can produce, the better the company will be for it. As an owner, Brad is excited to be working with the current owners and learning from their years of knowledge that has made WLC the success it is today.
