Lyn began as an administrative assistant while working at two different accounting firms in Casper and later developed an expertise in human resources (HR) where she gained payroll, management, and compliance experience. Lyn’s HR experience was gained in the medical field for eight years before returning to an administrative assistant role in 2019.

Examples of Lyn’s experience and expertise include policy development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, billing, accounts payable, reporting, and much more.
