WLC was hired by the City of Casper for the Westridge Street Improvements Phase 2 Project, which included roadway, sidewalk, and waterline improvements on Westridge Way, Westridge Place, and Westridge Court. After Phase 1 was completed in October 2024, Phase 2 began, with WLC providing services such as civil engineering design, permitting, and construction contract administration on the streets included in the improvement project.
WLC also assisted the City in successfully forming the Local Assessment District (LAD) to help fund the cost of the new sidewalk installation. WLC also worked with Advanced Geotechnical Solutions (AGS), a geotechnical engineering company, on this project. AGS completed the geotechnical investigation, which included subsurface exploration, geotechnical analysis, and a detailed report of the findings for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. Phase 2 was completed on time and within budget.
