WLC has been the Town Engineer and Planner for Evansville, Wyoming since 2003. In this role, WLC has served in various capacities as town engineers. We have provided the following services for our municipal clients: prepared plans, specifications, contract documents, cost estimates, reports, inspections, construction supervision, construction surveying, and property surveys for our clients’ capital construction projects; performed surveys of streets, alleys, and other places as needed and supervised survey crews; performed ESAs for project specific requirements; reviewed subdivision improvement plans in conjunction with city staff and developers. Provided support services as Contract Town Planner; approved other firms engineering plans and developed standards for public works; completed various civil and geotechnical engineering designs and field work, as well as surveys for WLC or other consulting firm’s municipal projects; executed asphalt, aggregate, and concrete materials testing for QC/QA; developed comprehensive GIS systems; and secured more than $6 million in project funding for Evansville through grants writing since late 2006.
