WLC was selected, as a subconsultant to Fanning Howey, to provide civil engineering and surveying services on the new Rawlins High School. The old Rawlins High School was demolished and replaced with a new, state-of-the art facility with aquatics center. The $30 million project was designed and constructed without disrupting attending students. The Rawlins office provided the civil engineering design and construction administration services for the school. The school incorporates the latest technologies, particularly in regards to science, technology, and mathematics (STEM) programs. The high school has the appearance of a junior college with modern architecture and furnishings specially designed to enhance the way modern students think and learn.
