WLC was hired by Brick & Bond to assist in The Nolan, a downtown development project with civil engineering design, land surveying, and construction administration. Construction administration included submittal reviews, periodic site observation of civil engineering items such as utilities and surfacing, and responding to questions relating to the civil engineering plans. The project consists of the development of 10 new residential townhomes on the south end of the property. Additionally, it includes the renovation of the existing Nolan Chevrolet Building, which houses Black Tooth Brewery and additional commercial space.

The existing Nolan Chevrolet Building underwent renovation before construction on the townhomes began in 2023. Each of the three-floor townhomes contains 2,845 square feet of living space featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a large ground-floor garage accessible from the back. The downtown development project also includes beautification of the back alley for connection to David Street Station and a courtyard for the commercial building.
