WLC was hired to plat, design and provide construction staking and contract administration services on a 17-lot residential townhome subdivision. WLC worked with Grimshaw Investments, LLC to create the subdivision that is geared toward the senior population. All the homes are designed to be low maintenance and ADA accessible. The project was confined by existing development on all four sides making it challenging to design flat properties while maximizing the number of lots. Flat slopes across the site also made it challenging to design the sanitary sewer system and successfully convey storm sewer runoff to the existing City of Casper storm sewer system. WLC worked an electrical engineering subconsultant to provide Grimshaw Investments, LLC with a design for dry utility installation and city owned streetlights to provide the client with the full design package to make the addition ready to begin constructing homes upon its completion. WLC also worked with the client to grade each individual model home and stake them for construction.
