The CY Middle School is the anchor tenant for the development. WLC worked closely with Mesa Development and the Natrona County School District throughout the project to ensure the stakeholders needs were met. WLC was responsible for the mass grading plan for the entire development as well as the infrastructure design including roadways, water system, sewer system, and storm sewer system. WLC provided contract administration for the developer for the mass grading and infrastructure construction. During the design stages of the Mesa No. 5 Addition, WLC was hired by RB+B Architects to provide civil engineering services for the CY Middle School. WLC prepared the civil design for the school which included grading, site design, and water, sewer and storm sewer system design. WLC was also retained for contract administration services related to the civil portion of the project.
