WLC recently welcomed Andrew Barnes to our Casper team as Survey Crew Chief. With five years of industry experience, Andrew brings knowledge in several areas including energy, business, surveying engineering technology, and construction safety to the WLC team.

Andrew brings a wide range of expertise to the WLC team including oil and gas operations, routing and construction staking for survey alignments and right-of-way platting, preparing survey data, topographic surveys for engineering, underground utility locates, and computation and location of Public Land Survey System monuments and other property monumentation.

Since joining WLC, Andrew has served on several projects. As crew chief, Andrew located existing property monuments and lines of occupation, computed locations of absent monuments, and set monumentation for the Triple D Land Development Lot Corners project in Saratoga, Wyoming. Other notable projects Andrew’s assisted with include the Chili’s Site Development and Baker Record of Survey in Casper.
