The Nolan Development, a mixed-use property, in Downtown Casper continues to move forward. WLC’s role is assisting the Architect and Owner with construction administration including submittal reviews, periodic site observation of civil engineering items such as utilities and surfacing, and responding to questions relating to the civil engineering plans.
The project consists of the development of 10 new residential town houses on the south end of the property. Additionally, it includes the renovation of the existing Nolan Chevrolet Building which will house Black Tooth Brewery and provide additional commercial space.
In mid-June, CASPAR Building Systems was selected as the general contractor for The Nolan Development. Work is currently focusing on the renovation of the existing building. Residential town homes construction will likely follow next year.
Numerous adjacent site improvements will also occur. This includes the beautification of the back alley for connection to David Street Station and a courtyard for the commercial building. The courtyard will have outdoor seating for the brewery, a small stage for music, and dedicated parking areas. Water and electric hook ups for food trucks will be available.
