WLC ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING SELLS PINEDALE OPERATIONS & ASSETS TO JORGENSEN ASSOCIATES, PC

Pinedale, Wyo., May 15, 2014 – WLC Engineering and Surveying, a Wyo.-based full-service civil and geotechnical engineering, surveying, materials testing, grant writing, and GIS firm, sold its Pinedale operations and assets to Jorgensen Associates, PC (Jorgensen) of Jackson, Wyo. Jorgensen is an engineering, land surveying, and planning firm with more than 40 years of experience serving Teton County.

“It has been an honor to provide services to Sublette County and the surrounding area throughout the last nine years,” said Don Davis, president of WLC Engineering and Surveying. “It has been great to work with such committed people and businesses and WLC will continue to value these relationships regardless of our proximity.”

WLC will maintain current staffing at its offices in Casper, Cheyenne, and Rawlins, Wyo. Excluding moving its Pinedale materials testing lab to Rawlins, WLC sold all major Pinedale assets to Jorgensen. This will enable Jorgensen to efficiently transition into a competitive Sublette County service provider. Jorgensen will maintain nearly the same employee base and the physical and mailing address will remain the same as will the phone number.
