In September 2017, WLC Engineering and Surveying hired Steven Langwell as a survey technician to join the Rawlins survey team. His is responsible for providing surveying support at the Sinclair Wyoming Refinery and other projects throughout Carbon County. He completed OSHA 10 training in September 2017.

Steven has eight years of surveying experience prior to joining WLC. He worked for a survey and engineering firm in southern California as a party chief, he gained experience with boundary and cadastral, property, construction layout and topographic surveys. In this role, he was responsible for many different projects including grading plans, road construction and minor sub-divisions.

When he isn’t working, he enjoys outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, shooting and hunting. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Brianna.
