It is bittersweet to announce Scott Radden will be leaving WLC to pursue a new career opportunity and relocation to Arizona. As a WLC employee for 17 years, Scott’s departure will be felt immensely company wide. As a GIS Specialist and Senior Planner, Scott contributed heavily to the team for almost two decades. We congratulate Scott on his new position as Senior Planner for the Town of Marana, Arizona.

Scott has over 19 years of professional experience with mapping, GIS, and GIS related hardware and software and over eight years of experience with municipal planning. Over the past nine years, Scott developed and implemented an extensive municipal GIS system for Evansville and Mills, Wyoming. He has also provided GIS layer development, coordination, analysis, and general mapping support for numerous Wyoming counties and municipalities. His expertise undoubtedly lies in GIS and GPS as well as data collection and manipulation, GIS project management, GIS implementation plans, spatial analysis, model building, and so much more.

Scott has served on dozens of projects during his time with WLC. Some notable projects Scott worked on as Senior Planner or GIS Specialist include Bar Nunn Community Development Plan Update, City Planner for Mills, Evansville, and Bar Nunn, WY, Municipal GIS for Mills and Evansville, WY, Cadastral Layer Update and Survey Control Network in Buffalo, WY, Cole Creek Industrial Park, Pinedale Area Pathway Plan, and the Gateway Transmission Line Project.

We thank Scott for his many years of dedicated service and contribution to WLC and for the work on the projects he was a part of. With his new position, he is excited to relocate to Arizona for a warmer climate and different culture and experience opportunities. Scott’s last day will be June 23rd. We hope you’ll join us in congratulating him on his new adventure as Senior Planner in Marana.
