WLC Engineering was hired by the City of Casper for the North Platte Park Utility Infrastructure project, providing civil engineering design, bidding support, and construction contract administration. WLC provided storm and sanitary sewer system design for new utility infrastructure serving the North Platte Park area north of the Ford Wyoming Center and Wyoming Sports Ranch. The project supports future development and includes downstream sanitary sewer upgrades and improvements to the North Platte Park Lift Station to accommodate increased flows. WLC services also included aerial topography, utility locates, and field survey data collection to establish accurate base mapping for design.
