Paul Svenson, P.L.S.
Experienced Surveyor and Project Manager, Paul Svenson, P.L.S., has been on the Casper survey team for more than 30 years. Paul brings his expertise in land and construction surveying, boundary retracement, control surveys, restoration of lost corners, and much more to WLC projects. Paul serves as the City of Casper and Natrona County Acting Surveyor to review plat submittals. Additionally, Paul was the project manager for theTallgrass Energy, LP pipeline construction and exhibits development that expanded oil and gas activities north of Douglas, WY.
Jason Greer
Dedicated Senior CADD Technician, Jason Greer, has served his 34-year career with WLC. Jason’s expertise lies in drafting and design, Auto CAD Civil 3D, Land Development Desktop, ArcGIS, Adobe CS4, and 3D Laser Scanning. During his time at WLC, Jason has served on countless projects, including the Tank Settlement Survey, Banner Health Property ALTA Surveys, and the Chemtrade UP Filter Project.
Joe Salveson
Surveyor and Senior CADD Technician, Joe Salveson, has lent his expertise in UAV aerial surveys for design and stockpile quantities, oil and gas well sites, and pipeline surveying, boundary and cadastral surveys, property and access road surveys, wind and solar farm surveys, and much more to the Casper survey team for over 21 years. Joe has served as a surveyor for numerous projects, including the Evansville Secondary Access Road and East Antelope Road Reconstruction projects.
Mark Johnson
With 16 years of industry experience, Staff CADD Technician Mark Johnson has spent the entirety of those 13 years with WLC. As an essential member of the Casper survey team, Mark provides expertise in drafting and design, Auto CAD 2005-2009, Auto CAD Architect and Civil 3D, Revit, SolidWorks, and GIS. Some notable projects Mark served as a CADD technician including the Gateway West Transmission Line, Wasatch Wind project, and RMP Upper Green River Transmission Line projects, to name a few.
Andrew Barnes
As Survey Crew Chief, Andrew Barnes brings his expertise in oil and gas operations, routing and construction staking for survey alignments and right-of-way platting, as-built pipeline and well pad surveys, and more to the Casper survey team. In his two years with WLC, Andrew has served on several projects, including the Triple D Land Development Lot Corners, Chili’s Site Development, and the Baker Record of Survey.
Frank Froehlich
Frank Froehlich serves as an Engineer-in-Training and provides surveying support for WLC’s surveyors. Frank runs AutoCAD Civil 3D and works on design projects for site plans, roadway and water, sewer, and storm sewer projects. His experience in surveying allows him to assist WLC surveyors with construction staking in the field. Additionally, Frank has worked on plot plans, storm water management, CAD modeling, SolidWorks, surveying, construction staking, and building base maps.
