The Casper-Alcova Irrigation District (CAID) provides essential water delivery through canals to over 23,500 acres of irrigated land in Central Wyoming. Over the years, WLC has had the opportunity to provide civil engineering, surveying, and construction materials testing on several projects associated with CAID.
