WLC Engineering and Surveying was awarded the Highland Park Cemetery Addition, Phase II project by the City of Casper. The project includes the construction of an addition to the existing cemetery which includes grading, irrigation, seeding, landscaping, fencing, installations, and paving. WLC was hired to perform all construction administrative and survey services for the project. Construction observation and administration is a critical part of any project to ensure an owner receives quality and sustainable work. In this role, WLC will serve as an advocate for the City. Specifically, WLC will oversee project coordination with the contractor and owner, visit the site and observe construction activities, and provide surveying for the project among other activities and responsibilities. The Highland Park Cemetery Addition, Phase II is expected to be completed in summer 2019.
