WLC worked with the developer to concept a 63-lot residential subdivision to serve as the starting point for a future large scale development. The concept was then taken through the county platting process to finalize the subdivision. The overall project included mass grading as well as the design and construction of waterline, sanitary sewer, roadway, and regional detention reservoirs. With the project serving as the starting point for a larger scale development, the entire surrounding area, including more than 104 acres, was analyzed for existing and future runoff. WLC took the project from conception through construction. During construction WLC provided project observation, construction surveying, and materials testing. Additional phases of this project are currently underway.
