Wright Boulevard Reconstruction

The $1.5 million Wright Boulevard Reconstruction project continues rehabilitation of a vital roadway serving as a main artery through the Town of Wright. Wright Boulevard is the main street through Town and it was determined that this gateway to the community needed both structural repair and visual enhancements.

WLC Engineering, Surveying and Planning planned and designed the storm sewer system enhancements and performed roadway remediation design as well as street lighting system design. Additional tasks included creation of all project documents necessary for design and construction, as well as construction administration and testing.

Wright Boulevard connects Highway 59 to Highway 387. The Town Hall, fire department, library, medical clinic, recreation center, mall, two churches, and the elementary, middle, and high school are all directly served by Wright Boulevard.

The Town of Wright is one of Wyoming’s fastest growing municipalities. A sound street system is vital to supporting this growth as an aid to commerce and to enhance the quality of life in the community.

This project was completed in 2009.
