Eagle Estates Addition to the Town of Evansville

WLC assisted the developer with preliminary planning and grant work for the feasibility study and then with the platting of the addition.

The initial surveying and platting included topographic and boundary survey as well as existing utility survey data. Civil engineering tasks included grading and drainage, wet and dry utilities, sewer, water and streets.

The project encompassed over 70 acres and included 243 lots. WLC also provided grant administration for the project. Through the summer of 2007, WLC provided like services on five other projects, much like Eagle Estates.
