WLC Engineering and Surveying developed the design for the site grading, sanitary sewer system, water system, and storm sewer system for the Fort Caspar Academy elementary school. WLC prepared the site grading plan and site plan submittal package for the site. The design also included adjacent roadway improvements. The original site for the school was located on Wyoming Boulevard near the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. After several conditions for the site were included by the City of Casper, the Owner abandoned the original site. The alternate site is located in the Wolf Creek residential subdivision. The WLC team worked closely with the developer to coordinate site earthwork, utility stubs, and roadway alignment to accommodate our design for the school site. WLC also provided the construction staking and was used as a resource for design clarification and submittal review during construction.
