Casper/Natrona County International Airport (C/NCIA) hired WLC Engineering and Surveying to update the 1988 Conceptual Development Plan, which WLC also developed. All of the airport’s infrastructure was evaluated and recommendations were made for future upgrades and development. Components included in the Plan were background and purpose of the project, site evaluations, conceptual development plans, development analysis, funding alternatives, and engineering evaluations of existing sites and cost estimates for developing the industrial park. This document was critical to the airport receiving future funding.
